Quick response to initial call as well as personal home visit, plane and simple explaination of the costs to be incurred. Repair mechanic, Darrell, was very professional, polite and knowledgeable as well as adept at doing his job. Cost was a little pricey but you get what you pay for.

The promptness of the work. I was very pleased with the finished product. My cabinets were 26 years old and the hardware was difficult to find to cover up the old ones. Furniture Medic suggested a company for me to contact for the new hardware and I was able to find exactly what was needed.
Excellent work at a reasonable price are the most important things but I also love that you all are a small, locally owned business. I feel like my treasures are in the best hands when I leave them in your care and they always come back exactly as I had hoped.

It was nice that you came to my house, and when it could not be fixed there, you took the furniture to your shop and did the work. But mostly what I liked was, that when my damaged piece of furniture came back to me, it looked as good as new. Furniture Medic did an excellent job.
