Friendly service. Quality workmanship.
Greg knew exactly what needed to be done to repair our chair, he quoted a price, took the chair to his shop and returned it repaired at the quoted price. He showed us what he had done before stapling the bottom back in place.
Greg is honest, sincere, knowledgable and a joy to deal with.
Best part is we got our chair back in working order.

We are delighted how our toll top desk looks after it was restored. The desk went through a house fire and there was a lot of water damage. Greg worked to preserve as much of the original finish as possible. Where he had to strip the finish from water damage he matched the new finish so well that you can't tell where the water damage was. The desk has been in the family for over 100 years. Family members have commented that it looks fantastic.

We were told that a table leaf we brought in for a gouge and scratch repair was going to have to be totally stripped. And refinished and would cost 175.00. When we picked it up this did not happen at all. The scratch was colored, the gouge filled in then colored. You can totally see the repair. I have been in the furniture businessfor over 30to years. I could have done the same thing unless than an hour! Honestly, we fill totally ripped off! We will never recommend Furniture Medic to any of our associate Vanlines drivers nor to any of our associates in the Vanlines industry claims departments. Not Happy!

Our inlaid dining room table had multiple nicks in it from glass damage when a partidge flew through the dining room window. Plus, it had 10-15 years sun exposure and use. When Greg returned the table, it looked better than when we first purchased it! The finish was beautiful! Greg is very skilled in his trade. He would be the first person I would recommend to my friends and relatives if they needed furniture repaired or refinished. Thank you Greg!
