I always ask for Chelly because she cuts my hair right everytime and provides outstanding customer service. Rachel, the store manager, is a great stylist too and I can tell that she takes pride in her work, store and team.

What do you like about our products and services?

I like the new check-in system that looks you up through your phone number, allows you to choose your stylist and see how long the wait time is.

I also like the stylists that talk to me about my hair and show that they are experienced. It's nice when they understand different hair types and recommend specific products or cuts based on their knowledge.

I also like it when stylists aren't too pushy when offering products or services.
