We haven't had any problems at all. Things are going very smoothly.

What are the main reasons for the score you provided?

They do a very good job. The only thing that I would say is, we had two lifeguards who were throwing a football, which I was not thrilled about. The same lifeguard also took the keys, so we had to scramble around to find other keys to lock the gate.

What are the main reasons for the score you provided?

I'd definitely give them a 10. They've never had the pool closed, other than when the weather's bad. They communicate really well, and I never have to think about the pool. For the past 2 years, they had me managing the pool by myself, which is a lot of work. This year, all that stress has been taken away.

They respond whenever we have a problem, and the lifeguard is there everyday.

We still have tile that hasn't been corrected when I'd pointed it out at the beginning of the year. Greg wasn't handling the tile work. His assistant was handling that. Greg has been fabulous for us.

What are the main reasons for the score you provided?

There has been an improvement this year with AP's tag team, rather than one contact person. We have had cooperation with AP on our issues, both maintenance and lifeguard, to help resolve problems in a timely manner. The pool is cleaner this year. The lifeguards are better, and the communication is amenable and responsive.

What are the main reasons for the score you provided?

I gave them a 10 because of the the service they offer and the lifeguards are good. They also have a good response time. They always help us with anything we need.

The lifeguards are really good. The pool looks great. Communication is very open. I am always able to get ahold of the supervisor.

I have been in touch with the supervisor, Greg Queen, and another supervisor named Jeff. They have always been very helpful in taking care of everything right away.

There have not been any issues thus far with the pool management and all work orders and/or repairs have been completed to the satisfaction of the Board.
