Courteous and professional team that didn't require much supervision this summer and the supervisor/managers were the best I have ever personally dealt with from the day they won the contract to date. I appreciate the level of service did not change from the day the pool opened, it truly alleviated any amenity related stresses. Thank you.

They are doing a great job, if there is an issue they address it right away, overall very happy. We are very happy with the lifeguards this year, except if their is a sub because they don't know procedures.

What are the main reasons for the score you provided?

I've been working with American Pools. It's unfortunate that to get things done, you really have to stay on the supervisors to make sure it gets done. In the past, we didn't have this problem. Maybe we just need more qualified staff or people that are interested in their job. That might make the process a little smoother. Maybe there is a shortage of staff.
