Kelly did a fabulous job in understanding the urgency of the service call and responding. The repairs were performed the same day helping a major entertainment venue and customer of our company to not experience any delays in their opening. I have forwarded their information to colleagues throughout the Midwest. They are a tremendous asset.

AMAZING!!! Prompt, professional service every time. Usually responding within the same day. The skill and workmanship of the repairs we have had done at our hotel has been amazing and the completion on site has allowed our business to continue uninterrupted most times. Our furniture was beautifully restored and delivered back to us when WE were ready to receive it. Because of damage to our basement, we had to have the flooring replaced and they held the furniture until we were done with the repairs. They were in contact with us on pick up and delivery and also on the progress in the restoring of our furniture. Very professional from beginning to end. I would recommend them to anyone.
On time, knowledgeable, speedy, knowledgeable, pleasant and knowledgeable. They really seemed to know their stuff and communicated well.
I was told that based on the pictures I sent that a large scratch would be able to be fixed. The tech didn't/wasn't able to fix it. no reduction in the cost to come out.
Mr. Parker had already pre-written the check out before our technician completed the work onsite. He did not have another check with him to rewrite for the discounted amount due to not being able to complete ALL of the repairs that were needed. Mr. Parker did receive a refund of the overage that he paid us for our services by check through the mail.
