I really love that every single time i attend, the experience is a different and challenging full body workout. No matter if I achieve my splat points or not, I know I got a great workout because I'm in a full sweat and feel accomplished. Makes me want to come back because I never get bored.

What do you like about our workout?

I love that the front desk people know my name.
I love that the coaches love what they do and our passionate about OTF. And, always with a smile!
I love that I am going to get an AWESOME workout in one hour, in and out!
I love that I am going to get a cardio and strength workout on a daily basis.
I love heartrate training and being able to measure my results.
I love that OTF works for people at all fitness levels.
I love the cleanliness of the studio.
I love feeling empowered in my workout, energized by the group approach, and healthier in my body!

What do you like about our workout?

It is always a different work out. I like that I get a solid workout at my own pace, based on how I am feeling that day. The trainers correct form and motivate me to do my best. I also like the camaraderie with the other people in class.
