It's efficient and an all around complete workout. The trainers are excellent. I especially like Jon and Brent as they interact and encourage the exercises!

The workouts are intense, yet monitored by a personal trainer. I like the group environment because of the encouragement, yet you're competing with yourself.

What do you like about our workout?

I like everything about the workout....including the results! The trainers are fantastic - keeping the work-out fun - but also making certain that I maintain proper form. The hour goes by so quickly due to the variety incorporated into the workout. I am hooked!

i like that it inovolves cardio and strength training, it is a good length (1 hour), a little different each time, and its encouraging to be in a group.

Challenging, great motivation from the coaches, every workout is different, and you can choose the level at which you want to push yourself. It is great for those who are just getting started in their fitness regimen or for those who are super fit as well!

I like the variety, the pace and being told what to do so I can't slack off. i also like the self-induced competition you can get in with your fellow classmates without them even knowing.
