Mike was very professional & took his time conducting the repair. When he was "finished" he helped us stand the door up & was not satisfied with the quality of the repair. He then worked on it for another hour and the end result was the damage was virtually undetectable. The man who did the repairs on my furniture worked carefully on the furniture. He took time to protect my rug and other furniture as he did his work. He did not rush through the job, but explained what he was doing during each stage of the work. He took time to answer questions and point out areas of concern.

Our project manager, Arielle was fantastic! Very prompt with replies, informative on the entire process and really set our expectations for how everything would work. The workers that came to the house were professional, very helpful and knowledgeable. The painting job on my kitchen cabinets was flawless and I now absolutely love my kitchen.

Furniture Medic restored my 100+ years old vineyard table, which suffered water damage on the base and mold on the waxed surfaces in a a flood. Furniture Medic employees removed it from our house with great care and returned within the estimated time frame with equally great care. They made the turns in a tricky hallway without touching any walls, going as slowly as needed in order to do so.
The table looks beautiful. The discolored area on the base now matches the rest of the table . The waxing was even done underneath, which is great as the tabletop tilts on its side. They obviously take pride in their work. This was my first piece of furniture, bought some 40 years ago, and I am so glad that Furniture Medic salvaged it in such a wonderful way.

Professional and pleasant repair men who know what they are doing.

You did a Very good job. I will say that I wasn't thrilled that it took you three tries to correct the problem with the doors of the credenza. I would also say that I still haven't received the information missed the Lord promised to send me on the Provenance of my pieces. He would see said he would let me know what they are when they were probably made, what they are made out of etc. I spoke with him weeks ago. I also asked him to speak to someone about my antique clock and get back to me but he never did. I would appreciate getting that information about the dining room table and chairs and the credenza. I would also like to know how I would go about getting information on the clock or anything else.
I would also I'm like information on how I go about keeping this furniture clean.

Wonderful service

The restoration was generally well done, but I have some comments. When your company first delivered the table the table top had a dull shine to it and the chairs squeaked when I sat on them. The delivery man took them back and issued me a receipt with his observations.

When the table was re-delivered there were tiny black spots only on one end of the table. Your employee told my wife that those black spots were already there when they took it back. My wife did not argue since she was not there during the first delivery.

I can say, without any fear of contradiction, that during the first delivery the table was alright, except for the shine and the squeak. There were no tiny black spots when they took the dining set on both occasions. Otherwise, your pickup and delivery employee would have noted them in the official invoices.

The 2nd delivery was made last Friday, August 26th. I had to leave for Manila, Philippines the following Monday, August 29th. I am now in Manila as I send you this email. I would not have left my wife with this "block spots issue". She is already too busy with our business as it is.

Anyway, that's the whole story. I leave it up to you how you want to end it.
