The repairs seem to have been well done, thank you. Steve also undertook to fix some metal chairs although he explained that FM works with wood furniture, and they were well done, too. The Furniture Medic was prompt in setting up the repair work and on time returning the repair work. We are very pleased with the work on our son's antique rope bed. This is the bed that his father slept in as a child and is the bed that our son will grow up in. As an antique, with lots of wear, I feel better knowing that it has been properly looked over!

Furniture Medic did a wonderful job with my grandfather's antique office chair. I can hardly tell that the seat was ever broken. The replacement pieces to the base also match well in shape and color. I cannot distinguish them from the original pieces. Thank you Steve and Corinne!

I had an immediate response to my call for help with Steve arriving to assess what needed to be done, explaining what exactly he would do, what it would cost, when he would do it. He left with both doors. Corinne called to set up his return time which was exactly when he said he would be there.

The work done by Steve maintained the integrity of the 1920's oak armoire doors, one (5 ft. by 25 inches) that had splintered off the hinges and fallen on the floor. His work strengthened the wood, used stronger hinges, matched the stain so doors matched each other as well as the rest of the armoire (both inside and out). He attention and precision to every small detail gave me back a stronger piece of furniture than when I purchased it.

Timeliness for appointments and completed work was excellent. But most importantly, Steve did a superb job repairing an expensive antique Biedermeier dining chair that we like very much and is irreplaceable. The veneer work and new, invisible steel rod chair-back support structure is impeccable and the rods made the back stronger than new. The price was very reasonable and exactly as quoted. Lastly Corinne did a great job on the phone quickly making my appointments for pick-up and delivery. All in all a VERY good experience. You are #1 on our list for serious repairs.😊

I am thrilled with the repair to my china hutch, which was broken during our move. I've had the hutch for over 20 years and didn't want to discard it.
