The massage was nice, the warm towels were nice, But Alex the girl who took care of me was awesome!! She is super nice with a warm friendly personality. You could spend millions of dollars on amenities, research and marketing.... Or just hire a bunch of Alex's. Great service is what will be bringing me back. :)
