Staff was great. I interacted with John and Kirk. The only hiccup was the system showed the part in stock and it wasn't. I had to wait a couple of days to get it.

I create custom prototype devices and your salesman's advice was very useful. I know there are a lot of vendors that I can get less expensive parts from but they do not provide the expert advice /service your people offered.
