Because of past experience with Hydro done and we are presently using Hydro dine in Bellchase because they are much closer by needs.

Veronica in the Jacksonville office is pleasant to work with. Do what you can to keep her. My outside sales person is a bit too persistant. I would stress "balance" and the ability to read her customers. I understand tenacity but it can be frustrating. Just constructive.

Jacksonville actually has a tone of positivity in a struggling industrial market. Most suppliers are short, curt, and just don't want to be at work.
