I phone in to identify and order a part for my backhoe. Jeneane Champagne took my call and successfully assisted me in identify the right part and getting it ordered. I went in to the part up a few days later and, John, the parts assistant opened the package and assisted me in determining that the various parts, seals and o-rings matched the schematic of the right part. Later when I rebuilt my hydrologic cylinder, I had an o-ring left over. When I phoned the office to inquire about the matter, Ms. Champagne referred me to the office manager, Dan, who was out of town at the time. Ms. Champagne said she would have Dan phone me, which he did that same day. Dan expected that I had failed to recognize that in one of the groove two parts we stacked one on top of the other, and that the bottom part was an o-ring that I, in error, did not replace, thereby causing me to have the earlier mentioned "extra part". Jeanene, John and Dan were all friendly, respectful and professional in every aspect of my interface with them. I have never had better all around service. It was a pleassure doing business with Hydradyne of Savannah. Thank you for asking.

Jacob Weider was great to work with. Great customer service and easy to work with, very professional. He found a motor for me within two days where it took other companies would tell me they couldn't find or it would be weeks out. I will be using Hydradyne and Jacob any chance I get.

Hydradyne always offers great pricing, while also getting quotes out fast. Darla Dickerson is an outstanding partner for us, and we appreciate her work greatly.
The only constructive criticism I have, is it would be a great help if Hydradyne quoters could send quotes back in the email chain the items were requested in, or the subject of the original request was included in the quoters email.

Everyone is very helpful and courteous. Larry Ronquillo gets back to EMI very quickly and stays in touch about quotes and orders. Kevin Touchet is also very quick in responding to our questions.
