I had a very busy day scheduled and was at their facility early, before their scheduled opening time. I was greeted and set everything up to have a very uncommon hydraulic hose built. They definitely do great work and theiy are a pleasure to deal with.

I spoke to a representative from your company regarding a product I needed, he located one in another state, had it shipped to me in another state, I received it FedEx next day air and had it in my hands in 16 hours after I spoke to your representative. Wow, thats quality service, thank you for your professionalism and I will always do business with companies like this first even if product is a little higher in price.

In the last few years, I have had many customers who need parts and pieces to keep their Terramite machines in good running order. I can always count on your crew to help us and advise on things we need.
One big problem is supply and length of time it takes to source repair parts.

I have a lot of small operators, one machine graveyard guys and when I tell them I can get the part they need, they are very happy until I tell them it's 10 weeks out.
They need it in the morning, funerals don't wait.

Because of this I have started to carry a lot more inventory, you just can't sell from an empty warehouse.

I would buy a lot more from you and you would sell a lot more to me if you "had it".
