Very pleased with your service rep. Graham C. Was a great help with issues, also dealt with Service Techs Ron McK, did a great job doing inspection on furnace issue and Steve and Craig for tank reposition etc.

She was professional and solved a potenital problem we may have had - which would have disrupted some of our customers. For this, I am very greatful for her efforts and for accelerating the timeline for the propane fill.

May I suggest however, if there are warning tags on tank rentals that instead of waiting for a company to call back and schedule a repair that you call with a date you WILL be on site for the repair and it is up to the company to call and reschedule if that date does not work. I was under the impression that this repair had happened already and I wasn't worried about it at all until the phone call asking us to schedule the repair from May.
