Any of my comments on the charging of customers for the 10 year will in my opinion and my experience with companies will in a lot of cases the money will find its way back into the budget to make it easer to vote some C.E.O a larger contract next time , my opinion and experience only . That part was fine. What bothered me was the recorded message left twice on my answering machine leaving only the number to call - no identification given as to the company! The first time I hit delete, the second time I dialed the number. That was just dumb. Please check this as I have no doubt it is why people are not calling you back.

This lady listened. Although i have talked to many of your reps before and provided proof that i had had the tanks checked, they did not save the proof in my file. I have had a call annually for the last two years. This lady promised to check into it. I do appreciate someone who listens.
