No problems with the representative. Could someone please contact me regarding filling the tanks? The ones you switched were at 40%, the new ones are under 10%.

We were very happy with Bob from Kamloops who set us up with the contract. He was very patient and helpful. The delivery driver Nick was great from Invermere yesterday. We have not received our propane delivery yet. Keith (pipe fitter) will hook us all up has been absolutely great and will come on Sunday to do his job, but he has kept in touch with us through this entire process.

Hopefully our tanks will get filled soon.

I have been a customer for many years and found everyone to be very nice and helpful. Only had a problem this year with a driver who would not go through the snow to the tanks. I don't know how you get to them otherwise living in Whistler. Thank you

The installer was on time, courteous
and respectful of my property.
He answered all my questions and insured all was working before he left.
Also added some money saving tips as a bonus.

Install was performed in our absence as we were away from home at the time. New tank and fixtures look neat and tidy. No complaints. Will observe its operation when it's purposed task is utilized (fireplace) later this year

She was very friendly - although the superior propane employee who was suppose to come and do the service call never showed up and I recieved no phone call.
