Install was performed in our absence as we were away from home at the time. New tank and fixtures look neat and tidy. No complaints. Will observe its operation when it's purposed task is utilized (fireplace) later this year

She was very friendly - although the superior propane employee who was suppose to come and do the service call never showed up and I recieved no phone call.

Excellent service. Being in the US we rarely get to talk to anything but a machine recording. If you finally get a human they usually speak with such a strong accent that you can't understand them anyway.
I love my phone dealings with Canada!

I was very appreciative that the customer service rep was able to coordinate a suitable time to exchange my tank. The service man also did a great job, especially considering that the location of the tank made it more difficult than most. And the day before the long Canada Day Weekend. Thank you.

Phone communication has been excellent.

Service Rep never bothered to even knock or ring the bell?! Turns out I was wrong about what I thought I had seen, or not seen... gauge was hidden from me by location of tank gear under cap.

Over the last few years I have had to call your representatives regarding my account as well as my mothers. Every time I have had an excellent person to assist me, so much so that I comment on it each time. This was just another excellent experience. Your reps are all very friendly, personable and efficient. Keep it up, maybe teach other companies.

The ladies in the office have been very helpful and the site inspection + gas line installation by Michael Batchelor has been very well done
