He was very polite, thorough in his information and about Superior's procedures. We know this survey is about the phone contact, however we would also like to commend Rod & Garth who intalled our new tanks. They have always provided thoughtful, caring service over the years and did so once again. We truly like and appreciate them and their service. Thank You Rod & Garth!

The phone call went well after she explained it is a technician that comes to change the gage rather than the person who delivers the propane. We didn't know that before.

The Rep was fine, however, I called because the pilot light went out on my H2O tank & since I get my propane from you, I was wanting names of people you recommend to fix this problem. 2 of the 3 telephone numbers are no longer in service. You should get your list updated. Most plumbers I called do not deal with propane, this is why I called you guys..

The customer Service representative was cheerful, kind and very helpful by saying helpful I had mentioned that one tank gauge was reading more than the other and I was not sure if this tank had as much propane as the other and the gauge was just not working properly. She said that she was going to make a note to have someone check it out.
