The install service technician was really good. The only issue we had was that we felt we were
put off in terms of scheduling. Originally the install was booked for Tuesday and with repeated calls to both superior and Ferguson Sales the install took place on Friday. Telling clients it will be
either today or tomorrow is unacceptable.

Both the service dispatch and attending service technicans were very knowledgeable , polite and couldn't be more helpful .

Speaking with the team to set up the meeting: I found that I was greeted warmly and with a perfect mix of humour and seriousness. They were all VERY helpful - given we changed our appointment twice.

Dave - the gentleman who came to run the new line to the propane tank - was also VERY helpful, thoughtful and pleasant. He arrived early, was efficient in his task and was a pleasure to deal with.

We are EXTREMELY appreciative and satisfied with the service we received from Superior.

They were very courteous and explained to me that we will have to have a bigger tank installed. I was NOT in the least bit happy about this news. For the past 56 years, I always had the sheer pleasure of having a propane range to bake and cook. I do not like an electric range or an oven with just a top to cook on. This might be the way for me to go because I doubt very much that we will have enough room to have a bigger tank installed outside. I am still not happy with this decision on the part of your company to switch to larger tanks, some properties are limited to size and to where to have their tanks on the outside of their residence...

The Customer Service Rep responded promptly and satisfied my request to have my propane tank replaced. The Service rep that delivered my tank the next day was very efficient and professional and did a great job setting up my new tank. Thank you.

He was competent and resourceful...had trouble with his computer but used another nearby and quickly answered my question. Couldn't habve done better.

Depends on what day you are referring to, we had to call on Monday & Tuesday for the same issue Monday ... the CSR not very helpful told me no one available to look at my issue until later that day < I made calls to my Sales Rep and the Local Service Manager before we got any action. Tuesday the CSR was most helpful in getting someone to look after the problem.
