It took 10 days to deliver my propane instead of 5 like I was told. and I had to call to ask why it was not delivered and that's when it was noticed it was missed. This is not the first time. I pay ahead of time and i would like it delivered when it's suppose to. There was no reason and no explanation as to why it was missed. The clerks i speak too, are awesome. Always ready to help and get stuff done as much as they can.

I just recently switched to Superior and I can honestly say the experience has been 100% satisfactory. Service has been 100 times better than that of my previous propane provider and I’ve already referred anyone I know that uses propane.

The customer service representative was very good. She was friendly and helpful. The only complaint we had was that there was no confirmation phone call about when the service person would come to our house. When we tried to phone on Saturday, we couldn't get through. However, the service person came at 11:00, he was competent and solved the problem immediately. He restarted the fireplaces and solved the problem.

The woman I spoke with (Bianca) was very pleasant and helpful. She checked my file, confirmed my situation, and booked my appointment in one quick phone call.
Couldn't have been better.

The rep was accurate in telling me that pickup would be four to six weeks. The pickup team came today and were excellent. I also received a phone message the day before to let me know to expect them.
Now I will see how long it takes for me to be reimbursed for the propane remaining in the tanks that were taken away. That will say it all....

I was rather upset with The way my account was handled at first. However, Adele handled the situation very well and I am now very satisfied with how everything has been dealt with!

Very best of service, As New customers to Superior & New to Propane our experience has been GREAT, Our tank arrived yesterday & was installed exactly where I had marked spot. This morning the filler Truck arrived & the driver was pleasant ,leaving us with info & a Questionnaire [With our bill].;LOL. The phone Reps,Taha,Lana & Maureen have all been very helpful, I can see SUPERIOR being in this for the long haul. We are very happy to be served like we have been. Worked as a team and diligently helped me deal with multiple problems as a new customer. Dan especially was determined I should be satisfied. Thanks to all involved including delivery folk who were great and helpful on the phone.

I am converting from oil to propane.
This has been quite a daunting task having to shop for and find a new boiler and water heater.
Setting up an installation date for those two units.
Setting up removal date for the old oil tank.
Setting up the installation date for the Superior propane tanks and hook up to the new units.

So far Superior has been excellent to deal with.
Lets hope the Superior installation team arrive as scheduled and all goes as planned!
Keeping our fingers crossed.
