I was very appreciative that the customer service rep was able to coordinate a suitable time to exchange my tank. The service man also did a great job, especially considering that the location of the tank made it more difficult than most. And the day before the long Canada Day Weekend. Thank you.

Exchange of information was clear & friendly, even if mechanical problems prevented tank pickup as first scheduled & now delayed a month.

Phone communication has been excellent.

Service Rep never bothered to even knock or ring the bell?! Turns out I was wrong about what I thought I had seen, or not seen... gauge was hidden from me by location of tank gear under cap.

Over the last few years I have had to call your representatives regarding my account as well as my mothers. Every time I have had an excellent person to assist me, so much so that I comment on it each time. This was just another excellent experience. Your reps are all very friendly, personable and efficient. Keep it up, maybe teach other companies.

She was a good listener and rather than come up with excuses, was straightforward and accurate about the problems and accountability.

I received good service from the individual that I contacted, and delivery of the product was quick and efficient. The delivery driver was courteous and professional.

Megan @ Head Office was very kind and polite and got the ball rolling very quickly . A fellow by the name of Nick showed up to determine what the problem was and got a hold of a gentleman by the name of Jeff . He got the tank filled and the bottom line is Team Superior saved Easter - The only thing I am waiting on is why my tank read 42% and Megan's at Head office read the same - Very pleased withe Team Superior fast polite and all was ready to help - All the best , Steve

Service rep explained all the questions we had in a clear easy to understand manner. We feel very comfortable in our change to superior after 10 years of not being able to obtain any answer to our questions when we called them.
