This s the third or fourth time pick-up of an unused full propane tank has been postponed, the previous times without notice. This time the serviceman arrived, but already had a full load; further, there are reasonable difficulties with access to the tank (installed by previous home owner but never used by me), & we agreed to delay till spring conditions made access & related rebuilding of my gateway easier.

They were great, easy to deal with, unlike last year at this time. I kept getting ignored. this experience was great.

Once the found our place, the service was very good. Even had biscuits for the dogs.

Very knowlegable and good service oriented. Believe both the telephone representative and the on site serivice person (Len) were excellent reps for Superior.

Sean, our installer, is awesome. On time, professional, knows his stuff. We have total confidence in Superior propane.

No problems with the representative. Could someone please contact me regarding filling the tanks? The ones you switched were at 40%, the new ones are under 10%.

We were very happy with Bob from Kamloops who set us up with the contract. He was very patient and helpful. The delivery driver Nick was great from Invermere yesterday. We have not received our propane delivery yet. Keith (pipe fitter) will hook us all up has been absolutely great and will come on Sunday to do his job, but he has kept in touch with us through this entire process.

Hopefully our tanks will get filled soon.
