Depends on what day you are referring to, we had to call on Monday & Tuesday for the same issue Monday ... the CSR not very helpful told me no one available to look at my issue until later that day < I made calls to my Sales Rep and the Local Service Manager before we got any action. Tuesday the CSR was most helpful in getting someone to look after the problem.

We were not aware that our propane tank was going to be replaced and were not home when we received a call from the service person . If we had known in advance we could have arranged a date when we would have been at home.

I spoke to Chris and he was very helpful. Everything he had arranged happened, the service people were here when they were supposed to be and delivery happened when scheduled. Thank you.

After speaking with your receptionist over the phone a service man came over and did a great job hooking up our fire place, very professional and courteous.

Rep was wonderful, service, was not, we were told and also had an automated system call to tell us that our service would be done last Thursday, waited home all day and never showed. When I called the next day to complain, again the rep was very apologetic and said the woman who books service calls had changed to the following week, we were not noticed! I was not impressed,,,they better be here today or I will be changing companies

Tammy in Moncton handled my issues. She was a pleasure to deal with: extremely pleasant and cooperative. I can only wish that all customer representatives were like her.
