It took 10 days to deliver my propane instead of 5 like I was told. and I had to call to ask why it was not delivered and that's when it was noticed it was missed. This is not the first time. I pay ahead of time and i would like it delivered when it's suppose to. There was no reason and no explanation as to why it was missed. The clerks i speak too, are awesome. Always ready to help and get stuff done as much as they can.

This s the third or fourth time pick-up of an unused full propane tank has been postponed, the previous times without notice. This time the serviceman arrived, but already had a full load; further, there are reasonable difficulties with access to the tank (installed by previous home owner but never used by me), & we agreed to delay till spring conditions made access & related rebuilding of my gateway easier.

The install service technician was really good. The only issue we had was that we felt we were
put off in terms of scheduling. Originally the install was booked for Tuesday and with repeated calls to both superior and Ferguson Sales the install took place on Friday. Telling clients it will be
either today or tomorrow is unacceptable.

I just recently switched to Superior and I can honestly say the experience has been 100% satisfactory. Service has been 100 times better than that of my previous propane provider and I’ve already referred anyone I know that uses propane.

The customer service representative was very good. She was friendly and helpful. The only complaint we had was that there was no confirmation phone call about when the service person would come to our house. When we tried to phone on Saturday, we couldn't get through. However, the service person came at 11:00, he was competent and solved the problem immediately. He restarted the fireplaces and solved the problem.

The woman I spoke with (Bianca) was very pleasant and helpful. She checked my file, confirmed my situation, and booked my appointment in one quick phone call.
Couldn't have been better.

Frank was the fellow that was here today out of T.Bay Brenda and I live at Silver Islet an hour east of T.Bay , Great fellow and professional ,I can always trust Superior Propane and their employees . We have been with S.P. for 27years in a remote off grid community .

The rep was accurate in telling me that pickup would be four to six weeks. The pickup team came today and were excellent. I also received a phone message the day before to let me know to expect them.
Now I will see how long it takes for me to be reimbursed for the propane remaining in the tanks that were taken away. That will say it all....
