While I had a very hard time getting through on the phone (went to voicemail two days in a row) I finally left a message - which I should have done right away. The message was received and the order placed immediately. The delivery was made promptly. We always receive very good service from Superior on both our accounts. Next time I'll know just to leave a message!!

Over the last few years I have had to call your representatives regarding my account as well as my mothers. Every time I have had an excellent person to assist me, so much so that I comment on it each time. This was just another excellent experience. Your reps are all very friendly, personable and efficient. Keep it up, maybe teach other companies.

I say this every survey but it would be really nice if we could talk to the people directly. Like I always say if we had the service guy and the truck drivers number like I used to have and be able to just give them a quick call or text when we need something it would be way way better but it does not look like that is going to happen

The CS representative I dealt with was Terra Herteis and she is excellent at her job. She resolved a problem that I had been trying to resolve for a few days, the same day I called. She is extremely personable, and a very pleasant person to deal with. I was very impressed with her willingness to go above and beyond expectations in order to resolve my problem in a timely and acceptable fashion. In my opinion, she deserves a promotion or a raise!!
