Phone communication has been excellent.

Service Rep never bothered to even knock or ring the bell?! Turns out I was wrong about what I thought I had seen, or not seen... gauge was hidden from me by location of tank gear under cap.

The Customer Service Rep responded promptly and satisfied my request to have my propane tank replaced. The Service rep that delivered my tank the next day was very efficient and professional and did a great job setting up my new tank. Thank you.

The dealings in setting up the account with Arbina was excellent, she made sure everything was coved and that I understood. An excellent and prfessional job was done in installing the tanks at the site.
I had previously been a customer of Superior for approx 23 years when my son John Last name removed took over my past account and during that time I always had excellent service so that there was no hesitation with dealing again with Superior Propane. Luke arrived on-time and well-equipped to handle our concern. He was pleasant and attended to our initial need right away. He was able to resolve the issue and offer assistance for another service need we had at a later date.

Very happy with the service we received overall.

Your customer service department is always courteous and helpful. I can get the answer I need from them and usually dont need to call back or wait for help
