This lady listened. Although i have talked to many of your reps before and provided proof that i had had the tanks checked, they did not save the proof in my file. I have had a call annually for the last two years. This lady promised to check into it. I do appreciate someone who listens.

Both reps with whom I spoke were very professional and helpful. They answered all my questions and actually sounded as though they were enjoying their jobs.

Service representive is very polite, but scheduling delivery when you live in the country especially this winter is very spotty, freezing rain, ice, so in future I am scheduling delivery when my tank is 35% capacity . For the last week my tank was near empty and this is very distressing. Auto refill should take into consideration place of residency, country vs city. Most country deliveries are on secondary roads, and with the ever increasing crazy weather, scheduling weather permitting is becoming a great challenge this winter. It would be helpful to talk directly to the scheduler so he or she is appreciative of the problems we face in winter

I had a problem with the shut-off valve on my rented tank ...it was arranged to have someone deliver a brand new tank on their last trip and it was delivered and installed in just a few hours the same day...everybody was extremely helpful friendly and thorough . Excellent, thanks.
