Excellent service. Being in the US we rarely get to talk to anything but a machine recording. If you finally get a human they usually speak with such a strong accent that you can't understand them anyway.
I love my phone dealings with Canada!

I was very appreciative that the customer service rep was able to coordinate a suitable time to exchange my tank. The service man also did a great job, especially considering that the location of the tank made it more difficult than most. And the day before the long Canada Day Weekend. Thank you.

Exchange of information was clear & friendly, even if mechanical problems prevented tank pickup as first scheduled & now delayed a month.

They were very courteous and explained to me that we will have to have a bigger tank installed. I was NOT in the least bit happy about this news. For the past 56 years, I always had the sheer pleasure of having a propane range to bake and cook. I do not like an electric range or an oven with just a top to cook on. This might be the way for me to go because I doubt very much that we will have enough room to have a bigger tank installed outside. I am still not happy with this decision on the part of your company to switch to larger tanks, some properties are limited to size and to where to have their tanks on the outside of their residence...

Phone communication has been excellent.

Service Rep never bothered to even knock or ring the bell?! Turns out I was wrong about what I thought I had seen, or not seen... gauge was hidden from me by location of tank gear under cap.

The Customer Service Rep responded promptly and satisfied my request to have my propane tank replaced. The Service rep that delivered my tank the next day was very efficient and professional and did a great job setting up my new tank. Thank you.

The dealings in setting up the account with Arbina was excellent, she made sure everything was coved and that I understood. An excellent and prfessional job was done in installing the tanks at the site.
I had previously been a customer of Superior for approx 23 years when my son John Last name removed took over my past account and during that time I always had excellent service so that there was no hesitation with dealing again with Superior Propane.
