Any of my comments on the charging of customers for the 10 year will in my opinion and my experience with companies will in a lot of cases the money will find its way back into the budget to make it easer to vote some C.E.O a larger contract next time , my opinion and experience only . She was a good listener and rather than come up with excuses, was straightforward and accurate about the problems and accountability.

I received good service from the individual that I contacted, and delivery of the product was quick and efficient. The delivery driver was courteous and professional.

Megan @ Head Office was very kind and polite and got the ball rolling very quickly . A fellow by the name of Nick showed up to determine what the problem was and got a hold of a gentleman by the name of Jeff . He got the tank filled and the bottom line is Team Superior saved Easter - The only thing I am waiting on is why my tank read 42% and Megan's at Head office read the same - Very pleased withe Team Superior fast polite and all was ready to help - All the best , Steve

Service rep explained all the questions we had in a clear easy to understand manner. We feel very comfortable in our change to superior after 10 years of not being able to obtain any answer to our questions when we called them.

That part was fine. What bothered me was the recorded message left twice on my answering machine leaving only the number to call - no identification given as to the company! The first time I hit delete, the second time I dialed the number. That was just dumb. Please check this as I have no doubt it is why people are not calling you back.
