No problems with the representative. Could someone please contact me regarding filling the tanks? The ones you switched were at 40%, the new ones are under 10%.

the person i spoke to was clear and easy to understand, they were also kind and courteous

She was professional and solved a potenital problem we may have had - which would have disrupted some of our customers. For this, I am very greatful for her efforts and for accelerating the timeline for the propane fill.

May I suggest however, if there are warning tags on tank rentals that instead of waiting for a company to call back and schedule a repair that you call with a date you WILL be on site for the repair and it is up to the company to call and reschedule if that date does not work. I was under the impression that this repair had happened already and I wasn't worried about it at all until the phone call asking us to schedule the repair from May.

Again, I think Superior and Lana for all of her / your assistance.

We were very happy with Bob from Kamloops who set us up with the contract. He was very patient and helpful. The delivery driver Nick was great from Invermere yesterday. We have not received our propane delivery yet. Keith (pipe fitter) will hook us all up has been absolutely great and will come on Sunday to do his job, but he has kept in touch with us through this entire process.

Hopefully our tanks will get filled soon.
