The knowledge and encouragement of the instructor (Marissa M) guiding us through our postures was top notch! I also like the locker room with showers and lots of retail to shop in the lobby!

Instructor Tom Da is phenomenal. His style of teaching is calming, instructive, and constructive. I have learned proper technique and felt encouraged to continue yoga because of him!
Staff are as very friendly and facilities were clean
I like that there are classes throughout the day, not just in early mornings and evenings. Teachers are focused and competent. Also have purchased lots of clothing from the store.
the yoga sculpt class is a great cardio class & would definitely recommend to anyone who wants cardio - not sure if I'd recommend as a yoga class -
