Took a class with Margaret Werner C2 flow. It was amazing. Great music, great flow, and the teacher did a great job of demo'ing the poses to everyone. I would definitely recommend a class with her.

I like that it's clean. The music is always good. The instructors are always great. The only thing I would request is cold towels at the end.

Friendly staff

Danielle's class is the hardest class I have ever taken. She is an absolute Rock Star! Sculpt classes in general are the most fun, challenging workout and they show results quickly. I love the Staff. Kat the Manger is amazing. So is Jacklyn and several of the other instructors. It always feels like a welcoming environment and the instructors inspire you and push you at the same time.

I’m so glad yoga sculpt exists wowowooowow!!! Emily was so amazing. This was my first CP class and I’m so glad I went to her lesson. I haven’t had my abs burn from a workout in years and I woke up and could barely get out of bed in the best way. Amazing challenge and will be back.

I like the clean environment. It was my first time at this location and the instructor took the time out to give me a tour, which was awesome! The class itself was spectacular our instructor Jocelyn set the intention of love and with every pose gave us insight into how that posture relates to love rather it being receiving love, giving love or just simply love of self. It was truly the perfect start to my Sunday. I will be back! ♥️

I absolutely feel safe and love the experience at Core Power. I’ve gone back to class since August 2020 and I practice daily, sometimes for 2 classes. The teachers are amazing and very friendly. It is a very well planned class and all safety protocols are followed. We are all masked, socially spaced apart with only a handful of people in class. The instructors also sanitize each classroom after a yoga session. Core Power is simply amazing and such a a breath of fresh air — literally and figuratively. Thank you CPY! I’m so grateful for your amazing and inspiring community!

Music, challenging, fun

Outstanding instructors who are very encouraging. I especially enjoy the Yoga Sculpt. I love the combination of yoga with weight training.
