I can turn my brain off and just work hard. There is enough mixing up of activity and intervals so that I am never bored. Plus, the coaches seem invested and never checked out. I like that there are early classes availale, and showers. It's the only gym I've ever been about to stick to. It's amazing.
I like the tempo and flow of the workouts. The coaches are the best, all of them. It is always a challenging workout and always slightly different to work different areas and keep things interesting.

- That Sierra awknowledges us individually by name and corrects us, to prevent us from having any injuries.

I like Coach Sierra! She is friendly and knowledgeable about the workouts and how to do them. She greets us and chats with all of the members when she can. I also like the variety in the workouts and the fact there is both weigh lifting for muscle strength and cardio for heart strength.
The coaches! I love how they try to know me and ensure I am completing the exercises correctly. I am not impressed with how I try to get a lower rate by getting people to join, then a lower rate is offered.
I feel like there is real science behind the line up everyday. I love being able to come and turn my brain off and just ouch my body knowing the mat the exercise are calculated to achieve full body fitness and optimum calorie burn.
I love that I can get in and out in an hour and get some weights and some aerobic activity. The coaches help make sure I am using good form on the weights so I feel like I have my own trainer! All the coaches are fantastic!!
