You guys have great customer service most of the time but all of your stylists do not make sure that they offer the same thing every time I come in. The last stylus Anna that I had was great she actually made the effort to ask if I wanted the MVP and if I wanted a beer Trend and check my eyebrows, but I do not get the same service with other stylists. If you guys could make sure that the other stylist all did the same thing then the you guys would get a better rating

Candres is great. We love her. She has been doing my son's hair for years and he loves the results. She always asks about how he is doing and if he wants to update his style. He performs on stage a lot and his hair is always flawless.

The Chester Sport Clips is the only one I will go to. I have had bad experiences at 3 other locations. I went to this one due to a last minute rush need, and had my haircut by “Sam”. I have been a regular there ever since (i think over a year now)! She listens and does an amazing job and cuts your hair the way you ask, she doesn’t “take artistic liberty” and doesn’t tell you she is able to do something she can’t (like a certain cut or style). She is super knowledgeable about your products and services!
I use the app to verify she is working and specifically request her when joining the “lineup”

We were greeted immediately upon entering the store. I had both of my sons with me and they were taken back almost immediately. The salonists were really attentive to my boys and my want for a decent haircut after having bad experiences at other salons! Sports Clips went above and beyond and even showered them with MVP treatment since we were a new client. We will definitely be a return customer for life!
