The full service , massage, hot towel, it's like a mini break from everyday life to get pampered which guys usually don't. If they could make it a little longer it would be even better. Even if it was a little but more money it's worth it.

Melissa was great....especially because she is a firefighter and I am interested in becoming one also when I grow up. She also suggested a hair and scalp lotion to help prevent lice, since I am now in kindergarten. I love it !!!!!

I loved the MVP experience. It was very relaxing, and helped ease the tension in my weary muscles. The hair wash was equally pleasing, and very thorough. The TV's are a nice touch, as well.
I like that you guys keep a file of the customer's style/needs for a haircut. So no matter what you don't really need the same person each time. Honestly I haven't said this to every place I use to get my haircut but at sportclips I tell each stylist that cuts my hair that it is "Perfect" and I do mean that because I finally found a place that can get my cut right every time
