I have only been going for 2 weeks, but I have gone to multiple locations and I can easily say Campbell is my favorite location. The instructor Joe is much more involved with the people than any other instructor at the other locations. He greets us with high fives and knows everyone’s name or at least tries to know. He plays very fun music. He is much more upbeat than the other instructors. He is a great instructor which keeps the people motivated!
The workout space is nicely arranged. Plenty of room, you don’t feel squished in the instructor was great. Clear instructions, and great modifications. Everyone was very friendly and helpful.
I enjoyed the variety of exercises and the pace of the workout. I feel like I got an excellent workout in a short period of time, which maximizes my time at OTF.
I love OT's full body workouts that includes both cardio and strength training in a single class and I appreciate the personalized technique adjustments the coaches offer in order to ensure a maximum and injury free workout.
I really enjoy the structured and challenging workout. I doubt I would push myself that hard on my own. Also, the instructors have always been friendly, offer gentle correction (so I don't hurt myself), and are very knowledgeable.

It was my fiancé and I first class. From the moment we walked in we felt very welcomed and understood. Alexander was our couch and he is fenomenal. I highly recommend coming here.
The only gym that could help me get motivated enough to go exercise 4 days a week and help with post partum weight loss . Best thing is you are told what to do by the best trainers and get done with a 1 hour workout without procrastinating. The challenges every month help me push hard.
