I went to Sport Clips in Hanover, PA, and they absolutely butchered my hair, and made me feel like an unwelcomed stranger in a house that isn't mine. Upset, I filled out the survey, explained myself, and later that same day, Megan from Westminster called me on the phone. She wants to fix me for free. Well, let me tell you, she won me over COMPLETELY! I never had service like this in my life. I feel like my entire head was given some royal loving treatment. I came in there with a butchered haircut and a shattered ego, and Megan gave me back my confidence. I look and FEEL amazing. I smelled darn good, too! She gave my head such a loving touch. I felt at home. I could tell she loves her craft and knows what she's doing. She gave me EXACTLY what I wanted, and even shaped my brow and goatee. (Never had that done in my life) I will be going back to this location, and this location ONLY, for the rest of FOREVER! I am SO excited to be a customer, and I feel like I TOTALLY found my new hair people! Thank you, Sport Clips, and THANK YOU, MEGAN! See you soon! HAPPY EASTER!!!

With the app I'm able to register and when I get there I get in the chair right away. Stylists are r friendly, without a lot of chatter. And they cut my hair just the way my wife told them to. 😆
